Reasons To Camp This Fall

Let’s face it, we will find any reason to camp. Summer is coming to an end and fall is starting. The seasons ands scenery are changing but the love to camp remains the same. We put together a short list of reasons to camp in the Fall. Read Below:

1. The Weather – This summer has been one of the HOTTEST summers we have ever had to deal with. With fall coming the temperatures should drop quite a bit making it less sweaty, less humid and more enjoyable to be outside.

2. Affordable Rates – Everything has been pretty pricey lately but thankfully in the fall camping rates drop significantly making it more affordable to enjoy the outing. Be sure to check with your local campgrounds for pricing and openings.

3. Less Bugs – Bugs in nature are a given and there’s been a CRAZY amount of mosquitos. This time of year will help eliminate some of the pesky little creatures.

4. Less Crowded Fall isn’t nearly as busy as summer camping season. If you’re looking for a nice getaway with less people this is the perfect time to do so.

5. The Scenery Fall is one of the PRETTIEST times of year, leaves falling and a ton of different color variations.
